Most of our work centers
around organizational growth and change. However, we
frequently receive calls for quick-turnaround coaching
and counseling, and thus assist in remedying shorter
term problems.
As facilitators and process
consultants, we conduct focus groups to determine a
training need, to gather data, or to facilitate a mutual
understanding of an organizational process or goal.
