Recognized as a leader in the field of executive transition, Pamela was awarded ASAE’s Industry Partner of the Year in 2011.  Additionally, Pamela is a founding member of the Network of Non-Profit Search Consultants (NNSC), and has recently spearheaded a major research initiative, Leadership 2020, to identify CEO competencies for effective nonprofit leaders in 2020.
